If you prefer to call it “profiteroles”, go for it, but we’re German. So it’s just one big one! Homemade puff, eis, sliced almonds and chocolate sauce.
It is Heidi’s signature dessert! It’s a pie you’ll want to stick you thumb in, but it’s a cake. But also, a crumble? Decide for yourself, but we can all agree it’s phenomenal!
